Stomach Ache Home Remedy

How many of you hear experience a lot of stomach aches? Well, I am one of them. Everytime my stomach aches, I do not know what caused it (asides if you have your menstrual period). I was thinking if I am hungry, or maybe to much eating or just my stomach us gassy. If my stomach aches, I usually put efficascent Oil.

Well, we do not have to worry now because they is a remedy of stomach aches. All you need is GINGER TEA:

1. Cut medium-size fresh ginger root into thin slices.
2. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
3. Add the ginger slices. Boil for 3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, strain and add honey to taste.
5. Sip it slowly.

Drink ginger tea 2 or 3 times to ease stomach ache and improve digestion.
