Vitamin

Today's lifestyle makes one dependent on supplements. Why? Because fast foods has taken over health meals cooked at home. Most if not all food chains are more inclined with the taste of the food rather than its nutritional value. As a result, people who are out at work all day will need to take vitamins especially Vitamin C to supplement their health in order to keep themselves in shape. Let us strive to make fruits and vegetables part of our diet if we want to live long healthy and meaningful lives. It is in these raw and half cooked food that we get vitamins.
