Franchise

The franchising system is one type of business that encourages people from all walks of life to engage in entrepreneurship with minimum skills and aptitude required. Logistics are given, people are hired and trained with uniform expectations from franchise holders of the particular business. Because one module is followed in all branches, any deviation is immediately noted and corrected. Franchising has professionalized even the simplest form of food business, generating an attitude of competitiveness. This is a welcome treat from the would-be customers.
