Drums that are not stainless steel are easily eaten by rust and could not be used again, that is why stainless drums are introduced to public and industrial use because it is not tainted by rust and it is easily cleaned if you want to use it again. Stainless steel drum is hygienic, it will not retain odor, it is moisture free, it can be corrosion resistant and it can be cleaned easily and it can also be coated by using different types of coatings and painting processes. Stainless steel drums are tough if exposed to weather conditions unlike the steel if expose to sunlight and rain will not last. Steel drums are available in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. The volume that they can hold, along with the drum’s wall thickness is important. Since the drums have smooth exteriors, suitable lifting and handling devices such as hooks and handles can be fitted onto them.
