Ice Cold Resort

Before the summer started, we had a church-summer fun to swim in a resort to relax. More fun in LIFE filled with great way to experience summer in this cold spring water. This resort is best known for their cold water pool that is fed by the cold natural spring water. You can hear the spring rushing down the mountainside as you deep yourself unto the pool, perfect for the summer. Literally the water is fresh, clear, and exhilarating cold. The lawn is good for picnics. There are several shades structures that will keep you warm and dry.

Mc Donald's Kiddie Crew 2013

Last April 8-12, I let my daughter Mika join the Mc Donald's Kiddie Crew 2013 at SM City Davao (Ecoland). It was a 5-days experience for Mika to have fun and meet new friends. The registration fee was P550 which includes t-shirt, cap, bag, id w/lace, workshop materials, graduation certificate and especially their snacks. Their activities includes Values-formation Lecture, On-floor Restaurant Training, Song and Dance Sessions and Art Workshop (Burger Making and Color Your Own Apron). To cap off the workshop, all restaurants will have their own graduations for the week’s batches, on the 5th day of the workshops. There will also be a Grand Graduation for all McDo Kiddie Crew program participants at the end of summer.

Mika is already excited to mingle with her new teacher and classmates. Done with everything! Already bought back pack for her, school shoes and rubber shoes including also socks, shirts uniforms and skirts. I love the Hello Kitty school shoes and rubber shoes for her, they are adorable. I hope and pray na yung attitude niya dito sa bahay hindi niya dalahin sa school, ang kulit kasi eh. Parents orientation will be on June 6 and classes will start on June 7.

Hubby and I talked thru skype again last week, I was relieved. I was worried kasi, ang tagal niyang hindi nag-online. 3 week sila naka-tambay sa Bahamas, usually kasi 1 week lang sila doon. He told me that he will arrive last week of June. Cannot wait to see, kiss ang hug him!!!

Last April 18 was Mika's 4th bithday. There is no party, I just ordered birthday cake for her so that she can blow the candle. I was surprised when my mom told me that we will be having a small gathering (on Mika's birthday) with relatives at my cousin's house because my uncles and aunties arrived from Cebu and Canada. Mika was very happy with her cake that I ordered but I didn't pay for it because it was a gift for her (the wife of Mika's ninong made the cake.)

Happy Fools Day to all! It's April, time fly so fast. Days to go, it's my daughter's 1st birthday! This month, there are 4 special occassions. 1st is this coming April 4, dedication of my churchmate's daughter Ysa. 2nd is on April 12, birthday of my brother (next to me). 3rd is my parent's wedding anniversary this April 15 and lastly my daughter's 1st birthday on April 18. How is that for a celebration! (^_^)/

turned 11 months

my baby girl turned 11 months yesterday! 1 more month to go, she will turn 1 year! time really fly so fast! just sad because hubby won't be here when she turns 1 year old because his contract will be finish by June. well, that is ok because we can still celebrate it when he arrives. maybe go to the beach and have some fun.
